1.1Capture authorised earnings and deductions payroll data on the VIP payroll system
1.2Distribute payroll data verifications and correct identified discrepancies on the VIP payroll system
1.3Various payroll report writing
1.4Capture payroll purchase orders
1.5Medical aid administration and reconciliation to billing
1.6Action medical aid changes on VIP payroll
1.7Assist HR with medical aid communication and administration
1.8Recruitment of all new employees onto VIP payroll
1.9Attending to administration queries and changes on payroll
1.10Printing and distribution of payslips
1.11Collation and distribution of termination packs
1.12Preparation of cheque acknowledgement forms
1.13Maintenance employee records on VIP payroll
1.14Reconciliation of Mibco and NBCRFI funds

2.1Basic cashbook functions
2.2Purchase order processing
2.3Processing of payments and submission for final approval
2.4Assistance with basic month end recons
2.5General administrative duties
3.1Grade 12 (Matric)
3.2Tertiary qualification in either finance or payroll administration highly preferable
3.32-4 years relevant experience
3.4Experience using SAGE products, both payroll and accounting packages highly preferable
3.5High level of computer literacy and ability to adapt easily to technology
3.6High degree of integrity and confidentiality is required
3.7Ability to work unsupervised with no micro-management
3.8Presentable and of professional manner at all times
3.9Good time management and administrative skills
3.10Attention to detail, accuracy and meticulous in nature a requirement
3.11Ability to work outside normal hours as and when required
