The project manager will be responsible for the following deliverables:

1.Project planning

The project manager will be responsible for the overall management and planning of the day-to-day feasibility study activities, as well as the planning of the projects over the longer term (roadmap). This will include, but is not limited to, the following aspects:
Business objectives with supporting execution plans;
Regulatory requirements (permits & licenses); and
Various business functions (stakeholder management, marketing, human resources, commercial, legal and financial).

2.Project development

Once the feasibility study planning phase is completed, the project manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects’ FS in terms of:
Scope management;
Interface management;
Schedule management;
Resource management;
Budget management;
Quality management;
Procurement and contracting management;
Stakeholder management;
Risk management; and
Project administration.

3.Steering Committee meetings

Attending project Steering Committee meetings and to ensure that the respective project team members report on the relevant matters at the meeting.

4.Project team meetings

Chairing and coordinating the bi-weekly project team meetings.

Job Reequirements:

BSc Eng/BTech or similiar
PM qualification with PMI registration
GCC Mines & Works (Preferable)

10 Years relevant experience
Financial Administration
Management of Projects within a Mining Sector
MHSA and OHSA legal working knowledge
NEMA working knowledge
