The individual will be responsible for the analysis of source system data and the accuracy and technical integrity of subsequent analytical solutions that guide business decisions. Design and develop advanced mathematical, statistical and data mining models to give analytical and quantitative insight to business in order to make improved operational, tactical and strategic decisions.

Data Analysis / Modelling
Identify trends, patterns and relationships in the data,
Identifying, interpreting & explaining the factors giving rise to specific business outcomes, Predicting & forecasting probable future business outcomes,
Identifying key factors of business operations to transform/eliminate/introduce in order to improve business outcome.
Develop, maintain and refine advanced mathematical models pertaining to various aspects of the business,
Presentation and Communication
Drafting reports that communicate findings, results and subsequent business solutions, as well as presentation of the aforementioned to relevant stakeholders.
Creativity / Innovation
Apply creative problem solving skills and techniques, resulting in optimal business solutions.
Required Minimum Education/Training
Honours degree in Statistics/Mathematics
Master’s degree advantageous
SAS Python, R advantageous
Required Minimum Work Experience
4-6 years’ experience in Advanced Analytics and Statistics
