Introduction
The Bryte Travel Call Centre Outbound Agent will be responsible for making outbound sales calls for Travel Insurance. Agent must be skilled to sell top up Travel Insurance and, where applicable, answer enquires, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

•Make outbound sales calls to customer base
•Sell customers “top up” travel insurance where applicable
•Work to monthly sales targets
•Promote excellent customer service
•Provide customers with product and service information
•Enter new customer information into system
•Complete call logs and wrap up call correctly with correct call outcome
Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:

•Matric
•Must be FAIS Compliant and have completed the RE(Regulatory Exam)
•Minimum of 2 years sales experience in an outbound call centre Team


Knowledge

•Strong sales capability
•Proficient in relevant computer applications
•Required language proficiency – English and Afrikaans preferably
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
•Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
•Ability to capture information accurately and efficiently
•Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
