NACOSA is a network of over 1,500 civil society organisations working to turn the tide on HIV, AIDS and TB in Southern Africa. NACOSA is looking for a suitably qualified Linkage Officer who reside on the Kwazulu Natal region, to support the role out and implementation of our ReACH programme.
These position will be based in the Kwazulu Natal , UGU disctrict

The Linkage Officer role
•Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of the clinical plan (clinical practice/quality patient care)
•Implement standards, practices, criteria and indicators for viral load collection
•Practice nursing and health care in accordance with the laws and regulations relevant to nursing and health care
•Maintain accountability and responsibility for clinical care activities e.g. condoms and other Resources
•Order stock , when required
•Maintain a constructive working relationship with nursing and other stakeholders
•Utilize human, material and physical resources efficiently and effectively
•Clinical advice, health education, care and support
•Programmatic support and clinical information to all staff
•Capacitate Programme staff on adherence support and viral load suppression
•Service delivery improvement
Required qualifications, skills and experience
•Driver’s license and own vehicle.
