Introduction
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Short Term Insurance Sales Team Leader to join our Dial Direct business. The successful incumbent will drive and motivate the Dial Direct Short Term Insurance sales team to achieve business strategic and tactical targets.

Specification
•Implement, drive and monitor group strategy and operational efficiency through team members and systems to achieve sales targets and results, these include:
oService Quality Assurance
oAdherence
oAbsenteeism
oSales Ratios
oCampaign Management (contact-ability, reinstatement ratios and successful collections)
oEmail response times
•Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by coaching, monitoring and measuring in order to achieve customer results within the sales team.
•Effectively lead, manage and align the team through the agreed methodologies and framework.
•Responsible for all aspects of staff resourcing, succession planning, management and development ensuring the right people are in place to support service delivery, achieving production and performance targets at all times.
•Build and maintain effective relationships (internal and/or external) through networking and connecting.
•Investigate and explore innovative methods in which to lead, optimise and develop team and business through people, systems and processes.
•Responsible for all aspects of staff resourcing, succession planning, management and development ensuring the right people are in place to support service delivery, achieving production and performance targets at all times.
•Deliver and drive the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
Requirements
•Matric (essential)
•RE & FAIS qualification (essential)
•2-3 years’ experience managing a short term insurance sales team (essential)
•3-5 years insurance call center experience (essential)
•Proven sales track record (essential)
•Diploma in Sales/Marketing Management (Advantageous)
•Experience working in AS400 (Advantageous)
