KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

•Provide effective leadership
•Ensuring the Statutory, management and financial reporting process is established effective and delivering the required reports.
•Review and control of budget variances as reported in the appropriate forums.
•Commentary and analysis of financial results.
•Compilation of shareholder reports.
•Establishing and reviewing controls and systems to manage operational risks.
•Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of policies, systems and processes.
•Managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
•Provide assistance to auditors and respond/resolve audit findings proactively.
•People management.
•Adhoc administration and review functions.
•Ensuring that deadlines are strictly met.

Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

•Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
•Three (3) years managerial experience.
•Advance knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of Accpac will be an added advantage
