•Read a script verbatim when required
•Accurate data capturing
•Adherence to strict compliance mandates
•Use of effective probing and questioning techniques
•Strong closing and pre-closing skills
•Strong sales ability
•Excellent objection handling skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Maintain professionalism at all times
•Ability to deliver results and exceed expectations
•1 year + outbound Call Center experience
•Must have telesales experience dialing a Telco campaign
•Must have experience dealing with B2B and B2C clients
•Must also have at least 6 months inbound Call Centre experience
