The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (The Academy) is a residential boarding school with just over 300 students enrolled in Grades 8 -12. Grade 12 students write the Independent Examination Board (I.E.B.) NSC Examination.

●Relevant degree and a professional teaching qualification.
●Proof of registration with SACE.
●At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
●Teaching up to Grade 12.
●A passion for enquiry based, student-centred learning.
●A working knowledge of the latest educational trends.
●Willingness to learn how to use and to implement the Neurosequential Model of Education in your teaching.
The following will serve as an added advantage:
●IEB teaching, marking and/or moderation.
●Production design, sound and lighting.
