Wilderness Safaris Botswana is looking for a dynamic and energy packed suitable individual who is a self- motivated team player, dedicated and committed to providing excellent service within a high pressure environment to join the Travel shop and work as a Guest Relations Consultant.
To efficiently and accurately manage the flow of critical information between the reservations offices and camps to ensure superior and personalised service delivery for the guests. To provide high quality information and support the camps in handling guest related issues by being the central point of communication between the camps and the consultants. The incumbent is specifically accountable for relationship management all the reservations consultants, Assistant Reservations Managers as well as Camp Management within the business.

•Feedback and Investigation on guest issues
•Incident management for WS24, Safer Travel, High Risk Travellers, Logging incidents on the black box.
Reservation and Sales:
•Make reservations and booking for Agent Travel and Staff Educational – Hosting staff Eds in the camps
•Assist with information and rate checks for the various systems and platforms
•Inventory management from an Operations Perspective – i.e.- Closing of inventory for camp refurbs, maintenance work etc.
•Primary interface between the international agent network, WS consultants, Maun operations and camp personnel
•A Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
•5 years proven track record in management practice and high end Eco-tourism lodge product involvement.
•Full knowledge of WISH/ Wilderness Window, Tourplan and functional knowledge of Qlikview.
•Evidence of outstanding relationship management will be highly advantageous.
•Proven previous accountability for financial results
•Experience in Administration and Logistics.
•Proven experience in Customer care and customer service.
•Outstanding people skills and ability to communicate.
•An international perspective, in order to understand the needs of guests from all over the world.
•Strong verbal skills, both written and spoken.
•High levels of energy and enthusiasm to drive the guest experience.
