Responsible for providing the business with insight analysis into our data.
Create analytical reports that highlights trends and assist business to make conclusions about performance.
Client reporting to setup and automate reports as per client specifications.
Create dashboards and automation of operational performance reports.

Creating scripts and procedures to get data from source, manipulate and populate tables automatically that can refresh reports.
Creating easily comprehensible visual representations of data using MS excel and Power BI.
•Write SQL scripts to manipulate data and store in SQL tables to link to Powerpivot.
•Setup a report in Powerpivot and apply conditional formatting to ensure trends are highlighted where necessary.
•Add graphs and colour formatting to assist teams to interpret data easier.

Determine appropriate data analytic approach and tools based on project tasks and department/client requirements.
•Setup and maintenance of a BI database that stores data at the correct level for easy development of new reports.
•Need to understand how performance measures work and what is important to store at what level (client, group, day, month, score etc) to ensure original data build up is done in most efficient way.
•For new technologies or projects being implemented, BI needs to understand what is being implemented and setup the best way to track the success.

Implement executive dashboards and monitor key trends to discuss statistical insights with business
•Responsible to assist tracking the business performance. Send insights to Executives of trends picked up and highlight opportunities.
•Track the changes made by business to unlock these opportunities
•Setup dashboards that highlight key trends so Executives can easily identify where trends are negative and change is needed

Understanding workflows and finding opportunities to change these to work more effectively by overlaying outcomes with performance.
•Understand what workflows are implemented in business and find the best way to measure the success of these.
•Suggest changes based on insights from data and reports.

Automate client reporting
•Do a sensibility check on client templates and suggest changes where necessary.
•Automation of this data to populate the specific templates as per clients’ needs
BSc or equivalent
5+ Years SQL script writing experience / Data design
5+ Microsoft Excel Skills
2+ Years Microsoft Power pivot or power BI skills
Business Analysis
Data warehouse design or data modelling
Advanced SQL
Microsoft reporting suite
Advanced Excel
Database design
Scoring models
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Good understanding of data
Process management
Compiling and organizing large volumes of data
Good presentation skills
Debt collection or Retail experience
Visualization of data
Good time management skills
