Introduction
Responsible for the ordering of parts, and for the return and administration of faulty stock, which includes warranty stock as well as out of warranty stock. Work to solve problems quickly, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Strive to provide customers with the best experience possible.

Specification
•Return all customer stock to local suppliers daily.
•Writing off all non-warranty stock weekly.
•Log all calls on the ASP website daily, ordering all parts on the same day as requested by the Technician.
•Send quotations to clients daily and follow up on outstanding quotes weekly.
•Return warranty stock to ASP timeously.
•Control DOAs and claims.
•Ensure proper tracking of and follow up of all submitted claims.
•Report problems to Supervisor and/or Technical Manager without delay to ensure necessary solutions are identified and implemented timeously.
•Assist Sales staff in with information required for client queries.
•Liaise with clients contacting Mustek via the website.
•Communicate via e-mail or telephone in a professional manner practising good etiquette.

Requirements
Matric
2 year’s administration experience.
Experience within the supplier claims field or ICT Industry preferable

Able to operate well under stress
Mustek product offering knowledge
Computer literate, especially competent in Outlook and Excel.
Mustek processes and procedures

Excellent understanding of on-line claims procedures
