Member Services Manager

The successful candidate will manage the Member Services Office. Resolve escalated member queries, both verbal and written. Have solid technical knowledge/experience of communication practices. Develops communication plans in line with goals and strategies. Monitors effective implementation of programmes.
Requirements

• Member Service • Budgets and forecasting • Compilation and analysis of reports necessary for Executive outputs • Leadership of team in a fast paced environment • Excellent administration skills • Proficient on Microsoft Office • Staff Management experience • Ability to implement sound processes and systems to ensure business flow

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification advantageous
