Ecowize is looking for a skilled and competent Portfolio Administrator in the Pest Control & Hygiene division in the South Region. The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling service teams nationally.

Summary of responsibilities:

•Portfolio Management of Pest Control and Hygiene.
•Field all incoming calls
•Ensure internal quotations are compiled
•Responsible for maintaining the filing system
•Schedule all training as and when required
•Generate the training certificates
•Compile the IPM files
•Minute and distribute meeting minutes
•Responsible for placing orders with suppliers
•Maintain supplier pricing information
•Responsible for booking travel and accommodation
•Fulfill the role of Service Coordinator should the need arise

Job Requirements:

•Own transport essential
•Passed Grade 12
•Able to lead and give clear instructions
•Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills
•Able to work a flexible time schedule and willing to work over weekends
•Experience in the cleaning of food processing facilities advantageous
•Knowledge of Cleanwize procedures essential
•High-Quality administrative skills required
•Meet key delivery dates


•Liaison between service teams and clients.
•Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
•Good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Pest Control and Hygiene services, Fumigations, Bird Control, etc, in the domestic, commercial, governmental and industrial sectors.
•Ability to plan and organize work
•Ability to solve problems efficiently and be pro-active in identifying potential problems at this level
•Telephone Etiquette
