Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of various human capital systems, supporting the human capital team and end-users by providing expert level reporting and insights to the support human capital programs and projects

•Manages the day-to-day activities of the Company’s HR Systems such as Sage HR Premier, VIP and ESS
•Manages the optimization, design, development and performance of Letshego’s HRIS and related business data and processes, including developing business requirements and documentation for technology-related solutions to optimize HR processes.
•Ensures all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws and align with internal IT best practices and policies.
•Monitors requests for HR system security access and manages security procedures as required, to ensure users will be able to use the system with appropriate access.
•Provides support, troubleshooting and resolution to HR systems issues.
•Act as a lead for future system implementations by supporting the team throughout designing, testing and documentation.
•Designs and delivers end-user training and training materials.
•Maintains data integrity and verifies that data captures is within required quality standards.
•Utilises and optimizes HRIS to establish single source of truth that can be utilized consistently across the Group
•Creates timely and reliable dashboards, reports and executive presentations on critical human capital metrics or as per management’s request
•Manages key reporting initiatives and analytics required by HC leadership by engaging data source owners
•Provides strategic insights through workforce metrics, dashboards with a full-spectrum of analysis to inform business and HC decision making
•Leads research addressing critical HC issues and providing support to the HC function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics
•Automates, standardises, schedules and publishes key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or equivalent from a recognized University
•At least 3 years post qualification experience specializing in HR Information systems.
•Must have work experience in HR systems and administration, data analysis, compensation/benefits
•Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be proficient in Microsoft Offices.
