•Accountable for strategic collaboration by building and maintaining relationships with client
•Accountable for sharing and connecting global best-practice with service partners (e.g. identified opportunities, innovation and achievement)
•Accountable for commercial analysis through mapping, identifying scope-creep, savings and revenue opportunities
•Accountable for business development strategy, in close collaboration with Functional Heads Group
•Develop proposals to expand product offering with existing clients, in close collaboration with Functional Heads
•Ensure close collaboration with Functional Heads for pro-active support to all relevant service partners
•Responsible to Functional Heads for implementation of process and efficiencies in all Point business in client
•Accountable for the performance and behaviour of client teams
•Responsible for the mentoring of the client teams, through effective guidance, coaching, and reinforcement of Point core values

Education and Experience
•Degree / qualification or equivalent experience advantageous.
•Minimum of 4 to 6 years professional experience in an international marketing services industry environment preferable.
•At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a managerial position with experience managing teams in a services’ industry environment advantageous
