Project Coordination:

•Coordinate and oversee minor, simpler projects eg. Service Desk, Printer Billing and Consumption, minor office relocations, etc
•Ensure successful delivery of minor projects in line with project plans, budget, scope and quality while effectively managing resources (including contractors).
•Maintain accurate and current records and provide timely feedback to Senior Project Coordinator on project progress, including budget, while highlighting deviations.
•Coordinate constructive and progressive project meetings, providing meeting minutes/list of action items and following up on resolution ahead of meetings.
•Manage project change requests in line with the approved change management process, maintaining records in a central project repository.
•Accurate recording and monitoring of issues and risks. To be regularly communicated to Senior Project Coordinator with an update on progress.

Project Administration:

•Ongoing monitoring and verification of IT operational costs/invoices.
•Coordinate IT purchases on Fraxion in line with the company standard, tracking approvals and payments.
•Provide support to IT Projects team eg. sourcing floor plans, completion of Number Porting documents, courier of equipment, maintaining updated campus contact information.
•Coordinate events and functions eg. Microsoft workshops.
•Coordinate travel, accommodation, car hire, transfers and expense claim requests.
•Prepare reports, presentations, etc as requested.


1.Relevant qualification
2.Min 2-3 years’ experience in Project Administration
3.Min 6 months experience in a Project Coordination role overseeing delivery of projects
4.Hands-on experience with software that supports project management responsibilities (e.g. Trello, Microsoft Project, etc)
5.Excellent computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
