NACOSA is looking for a suitably qualified Administrative Intern who resides in or close to the Pinetown region, to support our ReACH programme.

Job Specification:

Assist the Programme Administrator or Management with administrative support within their functions. This includes:
oRegistering of new delegates on attendance registers
oCompiling and submission of monthly Timesheets for relevant staff
oAssisting with the onboarding of staff when required
oAssisting with the exit of staff as and when required
oEnsuring all new staff have all relevant documentation in place
oPhotocopying minutes; information sheets; manuals, etc
oRegular filing
oGeneral printing of documents
oSourcing of venues and catering quotations when needed
oSourcing quotations for flights, accommodation, etc
oSupport Provincial admins with support regarding payments
oWrite out instruction sheets
•Assist the Training Coordinator and Programme Administrator with any other adhoc duties.
•Relief the receptionist on telephonic and reception related duties
•Assist with any admin related functions as required by Head Office
Job Requirements:

•An administrative / office support qualification or the willingness to gain general working experience.
•Excellent communications skills, particularly writing.
•Great interpersonal skills with the creativity and drive to pursue new opportunities.
•Fully computer literate
•Strong administrative and organising skills
