Treasury & Revenue Assurance

•Ensure that all payments (local & foreign) are done accurately and in line with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Procure to Pay process
requirements of checks & documentation.
•Ensure that all payments are posted into the ERP/Accounting Package within 24 hours of payments.
•Manage the banking relationships and ensure all loan obligations and covenants are met.
•Daily Cash Position Reporting
•Working with the FC & FPA to update the Cashflow Planning needs of the business weekly.
•Ensure cash uses is in line with approved budget and Cashflow plans.

Finance Operations
•Oversee the Finance Operations to ensure Daily Revenue Assurance and Reconciliations of daily sales to cash/bank.
•Reconciliations with Payment Service Providers (PSP) and Switches to ensure 100% collection of cash from e-payment channel sales.
•Ensure POS availability in Branches.
•Resolving POS & Transfer Settlement disputes in line with industry SLA
•Confirm Bank Transfers for Branches
•Provide Support for timely Bank Reconciliations
•Inventory control at branches liaising with Branch Managers - daily inventory movement (daily sales, transfer between locations, from and to
Distribution Center.
•Ensuring all branches Form 02 is reported and sent to Finance daily.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Second Class)
• Must be ICAN certified
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations or Financial Accounting in a Retail Organization or in a similar role or
•Use of Accounting Software experience in ERP (Microsoft Suite – NAV or AX dynamics)
