•Monitoring performance of the team (Sales, Sales Quality and Productivity).
•Motivating and coaching representatives to sustain targets.

•Meeting and exceeding the agreed service levels.

•Manage the day to day operations of the branch.
•Matric or equivalent.
•PC Knowledge (Windows essential) – Word, Excel an advantage
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency of language – English and African languages.

•Excellent People skills
•Minimum of 2 years Team Leader / Branch Manager or Assistant Branch manager experience in a sales environment.
•Experience in selling Funeral Insurance and / or life insurance products.
