The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Head: Meetings Administration position, Office of the Registrar, Meetings Administration, Windhoek Main Campus.
To render service regarding well-planned and structured meetings for the Statutory Committees of the University of Namibia by preparing agendas and compiling concise minutes; execute commissions issued during meeting; compile the annual meetings calendar; compile the budget of the Section and supervision of staff within the Section; working closely with the Executive Management of the University and the University Council in respect of the required functions; ensure that statutory documents are up-to-date and in line with the University structures and perform any other duties as may be required.
A Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field with at least five (5) years relevant experience, preferably at Board level or a Diploma with at least eight (8) years experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant.
