Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be analytical, well organised, handle pressure, be deadline driven and will be responsible for the supervision as well as the motivation of employees engaged in the Reservations Operations department.

Responsibilities include:
● Develop and monitor financial controls and reports
● Oversee group inventory and group debtor accounts
● Calculate investor returns
● Calculate and payment of commissions
● Manage guest payments and refunds

People Management:
● Monitor and record staff performance
● Conduct performance appraisals
● Manage KPA’s of subordinates
● Identify and implement training and development plans
Position Requirements:
●Relevant working experience
● Strong numerical and Excel skills essential
● Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation ability
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure
