•Assist Management with projects when required
•Coordinate projects
•Attend to queries from branch offices
•Liaise with IT on technical issues in the department
•Collate Management reports for management information
•Compile management statistics of Branch Operations as required
•Create relevant templates and reports required by Management
•Maintain optimal accuracy and performance of templates and reports
•Communicate on operational issues
•Provide operational guidance to the branch network
•Ensure policies and procedures of branch offices are followed through



Requirements
•Matric
•Diploma in Office Administration
•Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (Advantage)
•2 Years’ experience on an office support role
•Drivers Licence
•Own Vehicle
