Specification
1.Development and maintenance of strategic plan for the department
•Monitor set strategic targets to ensure sales enablement and production increase
•Monitor the Worksite Marketing Team to meet their objectives

2.Develop and Manage the Departmental Budget
•Compiling a budget in alignment with strategic objectives
•Managing the process of expenditure
•Reviewing and monitoring the resources allocation

3.Monitoring and maintaining the Departmental Staff
•Monitor the development of Worksite Specialists and Worksite Co-Ordinator’s
•Provide guidance and advice to Departmental Staff

4.Manage and monitor Market Development
•Compile Market Development targets for Worksite Specialist
•Compile Acquisition of new worksites and profile development

5.Monitor Business Development
•Contracting with Regional Managers and Worksite Specialist on CSO

6.Management of Quality and Profitability of Worksites
•Monitoring Quality Performance Indicators of CSO
•Penetration level based on case-count – targets as per allocation

7.Monitor Key Account Management
•Facilitate the Key Account plans

8.Manage Sales Enablement
•Stakeholder engagement and identifying business opportunity

Requirements
Formal Education
•Matric
•Diploma/Degree in Marketing

Technical/Legal Certification
•RE 5 (Advantage)

Experience
•5 years’ in Long Term Insurance in Relationship Management
•3 – 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management/ Worksite Marketing Model
•2 years Managerial Experience

Knowledge
• Legislation: FAIS, FICA, NCA, LTIA
• Sales: Clear understanding of marketing environment
• Project Planning: Capacity to compile a project plan

• Communication: Good communication and able to engage with stakeholders
• Interpersonal: Great interpersonal relationship and able to network
• Leadership: Leadership qualities and able to make informed decisions
