The Project Manager II is responsible for managing and overseeing the coordination of the Community HIV Testing Services Project to ensure that the objectives are met.
3.2.Technical Work Responsibilities
•Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders
•Apply knowledge and understanding of HIV/Aids
•Project management and coordination
•Quality control management
•Human Capital Management
•Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from college or university in Public Health, Social Science, Nursing, Medicine or related field
•Certificate in Project Management
•Registration at SANC
•Certificate in Management
•At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management.
•At least 2 years’ experience in the conduct of TB/HIV.
•Experience in analysing and interpreting programme data and information to proactively monitor programme performance and delivery to key milestones and quality requirements.
•Experience in project narrative reports
•Proficient personal computer skills, Word, Excel Advanced and Powerpoint will be an advantage
•SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
•Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required
•Willing to work overtime
