Drive analytics and reporting with the implementation of best practice principles to translate customer trends and insights into strategic initiatives that control spend whilst minimizing churn and optimizing customer growth. Responsible for the effective management of the customer base, optimizing good behavior and deliver the customer life cycle activities (acquisition, cross sell, up-sell, and utilize analytics) to improve Return on Investment (ROI).
Advanced and Predictive Analytics Build Predictive & Propensity models for better decision making pertaining to key aspects such as churn, acquisition, leading to better customer value management resulting in revenue saving enhancement.
Data Collection & Analysis
Responsible for the IBRO (Inflow / Base / Retention / Outflow) model.
Generating customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities
Interpret commercial results and provide insights and recommendations on commercial trends. Help managers make effective decisions based on the data, and ensure they are clear on the implications.
Retention management: Retention, Churn and Loyalty
End to end management of the customer base, to ensure all key KPI’s were achieved. This includes ownership of the growth and retention spend / volumes, with key responsibilities including developments and measurement of the forecasts across all marketing channels and VAPS marketing.
Insights and Reporting Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
Analyze business processes and develop software tools that automate routine tasks through existing user interfaces. Create smart workflows, integrating tasks performed by humans and machines.
Leadership and Direction
Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader
organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance. OR Manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.
Develop communication strategies from insights across all brands to support the marketing strategies.
Organizational Capability Building
Identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Marketing/Science (essential)
Post graduate qualification (advantageous)
EXPERIENCE General Experience
Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive Analytics and
Commercial experience. (Over 6 years to 10 years )
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined
objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)
