•Provide proactive service and support to NviroTek and its staff.
•Managing the Reception area.
•Receive visitors and determine the nature and purpose of the visit.
•Ensure that no external visitors enter the building unassisted.
•Receive hand delivered mail/courier parcels and ensure that the relevant person signs for the parcel.
•The answer and screening of incoming phone calls.
•The intake of samples into the LIMS.
•Ad hoc tasks.
•1 year switchboard experience.
•1 year reception / customer liaison experience.
•Basic computer skills.
•Professional appearance and behaviour
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
•Organized, detail-oriented and ability to work effectively.
•Good conflict management skills.
