Ecowize is looking for a skilled, versatile, competent individual with experience in managing IT and Office Administrative tasks, following up on equipment orders, and assisting within the general office administration.

•Assisting IT Manager with general administration and coordinating tasks
•Point of contact to 3rd Party IT Company and 3rd party companies
•Create and maintain database records for all IT Equipment
•General Office Management
•Ensure that IT policies and procedures are maintained and kept
•Procurement and placing of orders for IT Equipment
•Coordinate and courier of IT Equipment
•Update records in our internal CRM systems
•Assist office staff with a basic l IT troubleshooting
•Logging of tickets and escalations
•MUST have own reliable transport and MUST be willing to travel
•Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
•IT qualification or studying towards and IT qualification.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills
•Familiarity with office management procedures
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•Excellent knowledge of MS Teams and other communication and collaboration platforms.
•Basic IT Skills and computer literacy
•Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
