We are looking for an experienced passionate team member to join our dynamic and newly structured marketing department designed to deliver a quality experience to our remarkable customers.
As the Delivery and Workflow Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing teams’ workflow in an efficient manner to ensure promotional campaigns and key projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, in full and within budget for in-market execution including store implementation, publication or broadcast. You will be required to plan and schedule resources across teams, keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline to ensure promotional logistics align to delivery of the final product.

Administration and monitoring of the overall advertising budget across multiple brands, campaigns, and projects to ensure workflows are completed within budget
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall understanding of assignments, deliverables, and deadlines
As a key collaborator between PEP internal teams (Marketing, Sales, VM and Buying), you will maintain an overview of all work in progress across multiple brands, campaigns and projects, keeping key stakeholders informed of progress against project schedules and recommending corrective action and appropriate solutions as and when required
As a relationship-focussed key collaborator in PEP Marketing, you will develop an efficient system, shared with the Marketing team to ensure best technologies are applied and that team members are engaged and understand the advertising, marketing strategy, and budget.
An important function would be to consistently review the process and recommend improvements to ensure workflow is carried out as efficiently as possible.
As a key roleplayer in the client/agency (creative and media) working relationships, you will need to work closely with various agency departments (creative, traffic, planning, buying, production, and account managers) to ensure that workflows efficiently from concept through to in-market execution.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, project management or similar
Over 6 years of experience in a similar role with project management
Agency experience essential, with managing high volume traffic projects
Sound understanding of campaign promotional tracking systems (preferably RMS) and the production/repro process
Strategic thinking and tactical ability
Sound financial acumen
Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms
