LEA is a co-ordinated and focused one-stop shop Authority that provides development and support services to the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises in Botswana, encompassing provision of business advisory, training, mentoring, business incubation, market access, technology and innovation support.
To lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and strategies designed to enhance the environment for access to markets for SMMEs locally, regionally and internationally through strategies that will maximise on opportunities in the four niche markets.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
At least 8 -10 years working experience in SMME development environment or in a business development role with a strong background in marketing.
A master’s degree would be an added advantage.
