An exciting opportunity is available for Snr. Claims Consultant in the Auto& General Australia Division. Do you have at least 3 years solid Claims, with one year short term insurance/ personal lines within a Claims Environment.
We are looking for young vibrant people, that will be comfortable working the Night Shift, want to making a difference and are target driven.

The Snr. Claims Processing Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by closing off Claims within the agreed SLA and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is given.
•To respond to incoming customer calls and provide excellent phone service in lodging claims.
•To obtain complete and accurate information regarding circumstances and damages surrounding the claim.
•To consider relevant factors and make accurate decisions for claim acceptance.
•To provide correct and timely advice to resolve customer queries.
•To act as the first point of contact for client complaints and resolve these through listening and negotiation.
•To assist customers throughout the claims process, setting realistic expectations and providing effective solutions.
•Understanding customer needs and consistently meeting customer expectations.
•To Process claim estimates, adjustments and payments in a timely manner.
•To Liaise with internal stakeholders in Assessing to progress the claim.
•Matric / Grade 12
•3- 4 years Short Term/ Personal Lines Claims experience..
•SAQA Accredited Equivalent -It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH and its subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet the equivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.
