Introduction
The above position will be becoming available within the Plennegy Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a business strategy that will ensure the growth of Jupidex’ s approved range of products. Jupidex is the approved distributor of world-renowned agricultural equipment such as Kverneland, McHale, Alpler and Andreoli.

Specification
•Determining the market potential for the Jupidex range of products and lead the execution of the company’s strategy
•Overseeing the implementation of the company’s long and short-term plans
•Evaluating Jupidex’s product range on an ongoing basis, identifying weaknesses and making recommendations regarding new product introductions and deletions in line with marketing strategy and regional market requirements
•Monitoring annual budget achievements on a monthly basis to secure the company’s overall growth and profitability.
•Providing overall leadership and direction to Sales Team, coaching, performance feedback, and conduct performance assessments
•Developing high quality business strategies and plans whilst ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
•Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team
•Overseeing all operations and business activities to produce the desired results that are consistent with the overall strategy
•Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
•Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
•Building trusted relations with key suppliers, distributors, customers and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for shareholders
•Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar qualification
•A relevant tertiary agricultural qualification will be an added advantage
•5 – 10 years’ experience at a managerial level in the agricultural environment
•Extremely strong business acumen
•Computer literacy (Advanced level essential)
•Proven skills in management, supervision, leadership and networking.
•Knowledge of strategic planning, administrative, and financial management systems.
•Fluency in English with good verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent people skills are essential.
