Specification
Quality Improvement
•Assist Department of Health staff with developing knowledge and skill in QI methodology
•QI site visit scheduling, coordination and oversight
•Conducting Learning Sessions and cluster meetings
•Utilising DHIS/TIER.net data to inform and design QI initiatives
•Documenting the change package for all Aurum supported districts
•Documenting and distributing QI success stories
•Develop weekly and monthly reports for Aurum
•Lead prototype projects to be scaled up at national level

Human Capital Management
•Continual self-development and keeping up to date with latest developments in the field
•Conducting ongoing feed-back session with Department of Health and Implementing Partners staff and managers

General
•Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
•Continuous communication with management where necessary and relevant
•Assisting at Quality Improvement Trainings ngs
•Attending relevant meetings and imputing quality improvement technical assistance

Requirements
Qualification / Professional Membership
•A minimum NQF level 6 relevant qualification
•A certificate in QI training will be advantageous

Work Experience
•At least two years’ experience in improvement methodology or process engineering, LEAN or Six Sigma

Other requirements
•Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity, word processing, spread sheet, graphics.
•Computer literate: Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, STATA and spreadsheet application
•Demonstrate knowledge of synthesizing information and presentation, knowledge of evaluation designs in HIV programs
•Must have own car and valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel
