Job Functions Administration

Specification
Investigate the complaint within AVBOB’s complaints resolution procedure.
Keeping accurate record of the complaint investigation.
Handling of enquiries relating to complaints.
Compiling reports and statistics.
Liaison with different stakeholders to resolve the complaint.
Administration and completion of remedial action relating to the complaint
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Grade 12.
Sound knowledge of insurance legislative requirements will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
2 - 3 Years extensive insurance experience.
2 – 3 Years investigation experience will be an advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy (Excel, Word and E-mail).
Client service orientated.
Ability to fit in and function in a team.
Ability to work independently and show initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and still be effective.
Effective planning and time management skills.
