Requirements | Primary Responsibilities: • Prospecting new business sales meetings through cold calling, web research, LinkedIn and qualifying potential prospects • Conducting research on prospects, markets and business opportunities across segmental offerings and industries • Managing the sales cycle as assigned, including managing opportunities via an internal CRM solution, updating pipeline and working towards set targets • Preparation of proposals, presentations and other documentation related to the sales cycle • Coordinating and assisting in completing Tenders / RFPs • Work with Sr. Sales team members to improve and learn • Assisting with planning, organising and managing lead generation campaigns • Providing data and reports to the Sales Director Minimum Education/Training: • Related Degree / Certificate (post-secondary education) Minimum Work Experience: • 1 - 3 years Business Development/Sales experience Additional Education/Experience: • Preferably Sales related courses • Preferably previous research experience • Proficient in Microsoft office • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Personal Attributes: • Goal-oriented • Confident and outgoing • Lateral thinker/connector • Resilient, high energy • Excellent communication skills, including listening • Excellent writing and presentation skills • Deadline driven, strong time management • Fast learner and strong team worker • Self-motivated, organised, efficient and proactive • Creating Leads and Cold Calling • Experience/Training on software sales |
