We require a Business Development representative to join our Sales team in North America

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified leads and new sales opportunities for the company’s software offerings. Some specific requirements will be.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prospecting new business sales meetings through cold calling, web research, LinkedIn and qualifying potential prospects
• Conducting research on prospects, markets and business opportunities across segmental offerings and industries
• Managing the sales cycle as assigned, including managing opportunities via an internal CRM solution, updating pipeline and working towards set targets
• Preparation of proposals, presentations and other documentation related to the sales cycle
• Coordinating and assisting in completing Tenders / RFPs
• Work with Sr. Sales team members to improve and learn
• Assisting with planning, organising and managing lead generation campaigns
• Providing data and reports to the Sales Director

Minimum Education/Training:
• Related Degree / Certificate (post-secondary education)

Minimum Work Experience:
• 1 - 3 years Business Development/Sales experience

Additional Education/Experience:
• Preferably Sales related courses
• Preferably previous research experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
