Introduction
Ecowize is an international Hygiene and Sanitation company renowned for continuous improvement and technological innovation.

As part of our 2021 strategy to expand into new markets and offer comprehensive solutions to industry-specific customers, we require an experienced Strategic Accounts Manager to join the Ecowize Group.

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for handling the most important group accounts in a company. These under-penetrated accounts have a revenue potential for Ecowize, and the successful incumbent must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters and engage across all categories to anticipate the client’s needs.

Summary of responsibilities:
•Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major clients and the company to ensure up-selling opportunities.
•Resolving client issues and complaints.
•Developing a complete understanding of client needs across all categories.
•Research potential new customers and assist the team with tender submissions.
•Anticipating account changes and evaluate the required improvements.
•Managing communications between new clients and internal teams.
•Strategic planning to improve client results.
•Negotiating contracts with new clients and establishing a timeline of performance.
•Planning and presenting reports on account progress, to all stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
•Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
•Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
•Growth of New Business streams through Cross-Selling and Up-Selling.
•Support and engage with Marketing Department on Sales and Customer requirements.
•Engage across categories to develop potential new business.
•Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
• Development of New Strategic Accounts in line with Company Strategy.
Requirements

Job Requirements:
•Relevant diploma or equivalent.
•At least 10 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
•At least 5 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and experience in the Pest and Hygiene Industry.
•Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
•Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
•Goal-oriented, organized team player.
•Self-motivated and self-directed.
•Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
•In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
•Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
•Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Powerpoint skills.
•Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts.
•Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
•Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
•Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
•High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.
•Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
