CMP is looking for a self-motivated, positive EE/AA Trainee HR & Training Manager (+/- 2 years learnership) with a desire to learn & develop HR skills. The role will be located at their Witbank Head Office but will require provincial travel from time to time. The company offers the following opportunity to build your knowledge and potentially become a future leader should you have the right attitude and measurable commitment.

Requirements
•1 Year of proven generalist working experience in an HR department;
•Demonstrated ability to learn;
•Willing to work on tasks delegated by HR management with diligence, enthusiasm, emotional intelligence & cultural sensitivity.
•Excellent oral & written communication skills in English & another South African language;
•Completed Degree in Human Resources from a reputable SA university;
•Own reliable & available transport essential.
