Responsible to manage the regional business unit and sales force in order to achieve the annual sales budget set for the unit and to optimize branch/business unit resources as set by the ICG Sales Division.
To facilitate the optimum use of resources in order to achieve the business objectives of the business unit.


•Responsible to draw up and implement that part of the National Sales Strategy and Operational Plan that apply to this business unit/branch.
•Drive the performance of each member of the Sales team on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as against individual targets with a view to achieve monthly targets set for the Business unit by liaising, interacting, coaching, recognizing superior performance and addressing substandard performance of team members.
•Implement and manage the Sales Management Systems, structures, technology platforms, policies and procedures as decided upon by the National Sales Manager and which is designed to monitor the activities of sales personnel during the process to converting enquiries to enrolments in order to achieve branch sales targets.
•Ensure that the Business unit/Branch recruit, select, assess and appoint sales and admin people that meet the ICG Sales and Admin Personality Profiles by adhering to the ICG recruitment , selection and assessment processes and policies.
•External and internal relationships are managed effectively to ensure the best service delivery to clients
•Manage and develop departmental staff.

1.Degree or Tertiary Marketing or related qualification or relevant experience.
2.A minimum of 1 - 3 years Sales and/or Marketing Management Training qualification.
3.At least 3 years Sales experience in a similar role or related position.
4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
5.Call centre knowledge.
