In accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of the Group, preference shall be given, but not limited to, candidates from the designated groups.

This role is responsible for but not limited to:
Payroll: Full payroll functions on VIP Premier
• Full reconciliation of all employee benefits
• Prepare year-end tax submissions
• Human Resources: Maintenance of employee records
• Responding to queries regarding remuneration and other matters
• Liaise with third party service providers and maintain a stringent follow-up system
• Preference will be given to candidates with bookkeeping exposure on a payroll side.
Competencies and Minimum Requirements:
• Above average VIP Premier working knowledge – minimum 5 year’s experience in processing payroll
• Exceptional organisational skills with an aptitude for working with legal frameworks
• Good working knowledge of relevant legislation
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel

• Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people
• Ability to multi-task and to work constantly under pressure and meet changing deadlines
• Enthusiastic, vibrant individual who thrives on working under pressure while being meticulous in handling all tasks
