PB Juicy (Pty) Ltd is in need of a Sales Representative to develop and maintain their customer base in the Johannesburg area. This position will be Responsible to execute the sales operational plan, build & maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and manage the key accounts, responsible for new business development by investing in own personal development and living in the employer values.

Key Performance Areas:
•Execute the sales operational plan
•Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and manage the key accounts
•Responsible for new business development
•Responsible to sell the PB Juicy product range
•Invest in personal development
•Living the employer values and adhere to all the policies and procedures
•Define team outputs

Knowledge:
•Knowledge of return policies
•Frozen Food knowledge
•Business and Financial acumen knowledge
•Knowledge of the Gauteng market
•Knowledge of the target customer base
•Store demo’s and promotions
•Quality service knowledge
•Merchandising/Shelf space management
•Cold calling/market development skills

•Monthly reporting and feedback skills

•MS Office on a basic level.

Working Conditions:
•Requires travelling domestically.
•Making calls and seeing clients after working hours when they are available.
•Able to function fully independently and remotely
Requirements

Minimum Education:
•Matric (essential)
•Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Sales Management Course (desirable)

Minimum Experience:
•3-5 years sales or key account experience in a branded frozen food environment
•5-8 years sales or key account experience in a further processed frozen food sales environment (preferred)
•1-year FMCG experience (preferred)

Legal Requirements:
•Valid Code B driver’s license and own transport
•Clear Criminal Record
