To manage, lead and implement the Group strategic information systems requirements. Implement strategic initiatives utilising amongst others Research information and Planning. Develops reporting standards, policies and procedures to support the on-going implementation of data governance across the Business. Areas of focus include retail knowledge, reporting/data governance, business requirements gathering and documentation, user support, change management, relationship management, and project management activities.
•Strong all-round knowledge in financial services with in depth understanding of various banking products and services
•Strong knowledge in business operations and finance, must be able to dig into the P&L and ensure that strategic initiatives make sense
•Strong cross-functional experience across multiple business units and/or industries
•Knowledge and understanding of current issues relating to the financial systems and service delivery
•Working knowledge of information systems and monitoring and evaluation processes as they relate to data collection for performance-based reporting on the Group Strategic Plan.
•Relevant Degree in Information Systems and/or Statistics and/or Economics•+ 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in designing, establishing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring data quality, and managing data-intensive, performance-based programmes,
•5-7 years of Senior Management experience
