To manage and grow the region’s profitably within the strategic framework of PEP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales
Stock loss
Store standards
Cost Management
Administration
People Management

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 - Post Matric tertiary qualification will be a distinct advantage
A minimum of 5 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years middle management experience
Sound knowledge of discount retailing or the PEP business model essential
Proficient in MS office Suite and GSuite
Proficient in English
Valid code 8 driving licence and willingness to travel for extended periods
Outstanding communication, interpersonal. Problem solving and leadership skills
