The University of Namibia invites suitably qualified persons to apply for the position of Professor in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences, Windhoek Main Campus

Lecture undergraduate and post graduate students in the following modules (International Trade and Minerals Mining Economics; Advanced Applied Econometrics; Advanced Mathematical Economics); Supervise student research at postgraduate level; Must be willing to mentor junior academic staff members; Engage in in research and publication activities and perform any other duties as may be required.

PhD in Economics with at least three (3) years lecturing experience at Associate Professor level; with a satisfactory record of teaching, research publication and service to the academic and wider community. Experience in attracting research funds for research projects will be an added advantage.
