Specification | Repair all Clubs as per customers requirements as per company standards Must have a working knowledge and understanding of relevant machinery used for repairs of golf equipment. Must have an in-depth knowledge of different techniques used to repairs brand specific product. All repairs to be completed according to the Standard Operating Procedure which details the relevant brand specific requirements. Utmost care should be taken with the handling of product which has been handed in for repairs, to avoid any damages to the relevant clubs. Grips to be removed, relevant layers added and replaced according to the job card requirements. Steel and graphite shafts to be replaced according to the tip diameter and fit of the relevant club in accordance with the job card requirements and club fitting processes. Bending of clubs according to manufacturers/job card requirements Must have an in-depth understanding how to operate the loft and lie machine to avoid damage to the clubs. Any damages to clubs as a result of repairs taking place must immediately be reported to the workshop manager. Must have an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures relating to the movement and safe keeping of club components. Implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures relating to the movement Personally, receive and dispatch all club components for the workshop. Weekly counts on all components to be completed to ensure accurate data integrity and to prevent club components losses. Club components adjustments to be processed where discrepancies between theoretical stock on hand and physical stock on hand exist. |
