National Renal Care situated in Johannesburg seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Finance Administrator – Cashbook Clerk.
ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of financial records, the processing of income and expenditure purchase of goods and services and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting administrative tasks.

Specification
Validate and recording all payments.
Quality assure documents and stamp according to process.
Prepare the reconciliation spreadsheets i.e. Credit card, Petty cash.
Recording of Payments on the bank statement.
Capturing of Debit orders.
Assist Bookkeeper with capturing of Account Payables.
Process and record of Journals onto Evolution.
Assist Bookkeeper in administration duties.
Perform all other administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
A qualification in Finance would be advantageous
Good working knowledge of accounting practices
Working Knowledge of Pastel Evolution will be an added advantage
A minimum of 2-year experience in Cashbook.
Computer Proficiency (MS Office) essential
