Etlin is recruiting for a Team Leader for the Call Centre based in Johannesburg.

Purpose of this position is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre; supervise the “just in time replenished stock”, train and develop direct reports, drive performance excellence by investing in own personal development and living the Etlin value and adhering to all the policies and procedures.

Minimum: Matric (Grade 12)
Preferred: Diploma in Call Centre Management
Minimum: 2-3 years of experience as an Outbound Call Centre Team Leader with experience in CRM and performance management on a micro-management level.
Preferred: More than 3 years’ experience in an Outbound Call Centre as a Team Leader in a Telesales industry
