Specification	Snr Java Developer: •At least 5-10 years general Java JEE development experience •At least 5 years practical experience in a modern J2EE frameworks •Practical experience in the establishment and running of CICD •Solid practical and demonstrable understanding of Design Patterns •Solid practical and demonstrable understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns •Practical working experience in Agile teams •Building and maintaining automated build pipelines, using any of the modern tools (for example Jenkins or similar build platforms) •Financial industry experience Preferred Skills (we will prefer candidates with these skills over those that don’t have them): •Can work with complex mathematical computations

Requirements	Desired Education and/or Certifications (optional, but a plus): •Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent •Java certification
