Specification | 1.Update and maintain export spreadsheet on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy of customer order supply status 2.Execution and control of third party orders, entries, queries and price adjustments 3.Coordinate stock purchases from FKSA (if required), debits and credits (liaise with the relevant department) 4.Liaising with QA and Production planner for product releases 5.Entering and maintaining of Fresenius Kabi and other export customer orders 6.Achieving both month end sales and customer supply targets 7.Customer support regarding orders and deliveries 8.Follow up and confirmation of shipments 9.Ensuring delivery dates are met in compliance with existing contracts and orders 10.Co-ordinate all Fresenius Kabi exports via air and sea freight from FKMSA Premises 11.Understanding packaging and label requirements specific to importing countries 12.Management of the FX Warehouse stock, Weekly Stock report with focus on shelf-life in executing customer supply. 13.Ensure compliance to all export regulations of narcotic handling in terms of the law in S.A and other countries 14.Support on processing of import and export licenses 15.Administer the application documents for Chamber of Commerce 16.Maintenance and filing of documents (accuracy of documentation essential) 17.Administration and attention to detail on all documentation 18.Responsible for good housekeeping in area of responsibility 19.From time to time carry out other jobs within the department / factory, which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent |

Requirements | A logistics qualification (or equivalent diploma/ degree) is required Understand the procedure for arranging air and sea freight exports Understand incoterms and export regulations inclusive of narcotic control Understand the procedure for entering and maintaining FK export orders Understand packaging and label requirements specific to importing countries Understand export regulations relating to narcotic handling Ability to process import and export licenses Ability to apply local and international export legislation Understand requirements for submitting applications to the Chamber of Commerce Computer literate (Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook essential) Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Numerical ability Deadline driven Efficient query resolution skills Ability to coordinate with external service providers |
