The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Specialist: IT Data Centre and Disaster Recovery position in the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology Services (DICTS) at Main Campus.

Responsible for Servers (email, Active Directory, Print Servers, Domain Name Servers (DNS), File Servers, Web Servers, Terminal Servers, Spam and Anti-virus), Storage Area Network, Backups, Disaster Recovery, Virtual Infrastructure and supervising the System Administrators.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 5 years relevant work experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
