MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
•Receive leads via mailboxes, airtable, online, etc.
•Distribute leads to all agents segmented by brand
•Escalation of low lead volumes and lead quality issues
•Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration
•Liaise effectively with agents
•Capture leads accurately to keep records of received, distributed, and contacted leads per source / agent, etc. Data / lead analysis
•Manage the documents folder where students email supporting documents to the agent
•Assist with QA, Attendance or data reports where needed
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1.Allocation of leads
2.Reporting on leads analysis
3.Management of documents mailbox
4.Escalation of lead quantity/quality issues

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1.Matric is essential and a Diploma with Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
2.A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
3.Typing speed of 25 wpm
4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
